Hôtel près de Coca-Cola Space Science Center, Columbus, Columbus

« Excellent location on Broadway for easy access to the Riverwalk, restaurants, Springer Opera House and RiverCenter. It’s a great place to stay if you are visiting your child at CSU and they are staying in the area, or if you are just wanting to visit all there is to do in Columbus! »

« Clean, nice, great staff! »

« The Bed sucked Lumpy »

« Staff was helpful. Not listed in the room descriptions are the fact that you cannot have any visitors to your room. It has not been updated in at least 10 years. Breakfast was poor. Dried white bread, plastic wrapped cinnamon rolls, cereal and white milk. It is a bare minimum motel. Pool had been destroyed years ago and fence left bent and overgrown grass. $88 for one night- rip off. »

« I was extremely disappointed that choice hotels would allow one of their properties to be as dilapidated as this hotel was. The staff was outstanding and helpful, and I felt so bad for them. The carpets were black. The water was very unpredictable. While taking a shower, the water would go from scolding hot to freezing cold. They were dirty lamps and the other lamps that were attached to the walls were hanging off of hanging off the walls, all outdoor pool furniture furniture was cracked in...

« When we arrived late afternoon there was a note attached to the front door directing us to our room and that they were busy with another client, but did supply a number to call. Our room door was wide open with the keys laying on a table. We did try to call to ask about the wifi and breakfast. We received a text, 3 hours later, with the wifi info and that we were not getting breakfast or coffee as it was not included. I understand about breakfast, but no coffee? There was no TV's anywhere and...

« Mal propre, incapable d'acheter ou d'avoir une bouteille d'eau... »

« Staff was very helpful. Everything was fine. »

« It’s a cheap hotel, nothing less and nothing more. I got what I expected for the price and was happy with it. »

« Upon arrival at the property it took about 10 mins or more for us to be greeted at the front desk. Then, we were initially given a room that had not been cleaned whatsoever. We reported it and then were given a new room which was better than the last as far as the bed being made, but that was about it. The bathroom lights didn’t work, the hallways smelt strongly of what I assume was animal urine from the sighting of dogs present in the hotel, and there was also roaches present in our room. »

« Was conveniently located and quiet. Towels and shampoo were good. Check-in was very polite. 3 of 4 ice machines were out of order. Bed was uncomfortable. Texted me asking if there was anything they could do to make my stay more comfortable. I asked if they maybe had a memory foam topper. No answer. Then they sent me another text asking if there was anything they could do to improve my stay. I repeated my request. No answer. The breakfast area floor was very sticky. The whole time...

« The room was very clean. The common areas were also clean. The breakfast was very good and the quality of the food was good. I would definitely recommend this property for a stay. »

« The staff was great. Our room looked like it had water damage in the bathroom so visually the room was just ok. When checking out, the front desk person didn’t show up for almost 10 minutes, but other than that it was okay for a 1 night stay. »
