« My friends and I had a great weekend here. The property is accurately described as listed. It was just enough space for a weekend. There were 3 of us. We used the fold down couch as the 3rd bed which was a good bed. Communication with the host was excellent. The property inside and out was great. We sat outside in the backyard for a while. The walk over the bridge to the Niantic boardwalk wasn’t too long when the weather is good. And we sat outside at Fat Tuna which was within walking distance...

« I got to stay here with some friends for a long weekend. Everything was as described. Location was superb, the small beach is a block away and at night with the windows open you could hear the waves. The cottage had everything we needed, and was well stocked with cleaning supplies. I wish we had better weather as I would have loved the chance to use the grill and sit out on the patio. Communication with the owners was outstanding and they were very quick to reply. 10/10 would recommend! »

« Lovely little cottage in a pretty, quiet neighborhood. Once you find it down the little lane, it's a great location to be in. Not far from town and close to the water, we really enjoyed relaxing at the house and in the backyard. Highly recommend. »

« We didn’t spend much time at the property as we were in town for a graduation but it was perfect! Homey feeling and great kitchen to prepare some food. Beds were comfy and everything was spotless. Short walk to the shore. Highly recommend it! »
