„Everything was great and very relaxing. Due to its location on a wooded property the climate of the house was very comfortable. When it was hot outside, it was comfortably cool inside (without ac) and vice versa. The screenshot porch was very relaxing and the house had a lot of items to use and good kitchen equipment. Furthermore Todd is very helpful host! The lake and the surrounding were very relaxing too. We were there with our teenage kids. For them the calm surrounding was a little boring ...

„The host provided timely information and was responsive to an inquiry upon arriving. The boathouse was clean and comfortable. Our only issue was regulating the heat. The kitchen was well supplied and organized. The bathroom is quite small, especially the shower, but it is sufficient for average sized people. The location is wonderful, very convenient for spending time in Niantic. Overall, it was a very nice stay. “

„I am a bit late to positing this review (stayed in November) but wanted to leave a recommendation for this cute spot for anyone who’s looking to stay here. It’s located in a cute neighborhood, close to beaches and nice walking areas. The house is a bit small, but we had a party of 6 people and 2 dogs, which ended up working well for us, as we were out of the house for most of the time we were there. The host was responsive and the checking in/ out process was clear and easy! Thank you! “
