Just steps (5 minutes walk) to the beach, nearby local restaurants, bars and shopping. Want to see a rocket launch, check out Coconuts on the Beach, or take a stroll downtown where you can walk to it all!

The Space:
This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 1400 square ft beach cottage with all the old school Cocoa Beach vibes with an updated-fresh look.

The master bedroom has a king bed and 50" TV, the second bedroom has a queen bed and it's own TV as well. The spacious family room has a large sofa and plenty of seating to relax!

The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the dining and essentials for cooking a meal. Plus, dining space for 4 in our Florida room. Or just step outside and walk to your choice of any of the downtown restaurants!

To make your stay convenient and comfortable we provide linens, common spices, cooking utensils, laundry detergent, dishes, bath towels, beach towels, beach cooler, beach umbrella, and beach chairs.

If you want to be in the center of our little beach town, this is the spot! If you have plans for going on a cruise, going to the port, heading to a theme park or checking out Ron Jons... these are all a short drive away!

This beach cottage is truly the perfect spot for you to enjoy all things Cocoa Beach!
