The Space:

Step onto the sand just steps from your door, where sunrise breaks over the Atlantic and the only sound is the tide. Tucked into a quiet pocket of south Cocoa Beach, this 2-bedroom condo puts the beach, a heated pool, and an easy island pace within arm's reach. This time of year, that means warm Gulf Stream water, long daylight, and pool days that stretch well into the evening.

Living space

The living room is where the view does the work - sunrise and sunset both happen right outside your front door, with the kind of seaside backdrop that makes you want to slow down. New furnishings bring a relaxed coastal feel throughout, and a queen size sleeper sofa means the space flexes easily for an extra guest or two.

Sleeping arrangements

The primary suite holds a king size bed, while the guest room offers a brand new queen. Both rooms come with plenty of closet space, so unpacking takes minutes and the rest of the stay is yours. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided throughout.

Kitchen & dining

The galley kitchen is fully equipped - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and the cooking basics and dishware you need to put together a real meal. A dining table sits ready for it, whether that's breakfast before the beach or dinner after.

Bathroom

The bathroom is spacious, with two vanities and a walk-in shower - practical for rinsing off and getting ready after a day in the sun. Hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, and hot water are all on hand.

Outside & the complex

Private beach access leads guests of this complex straight onto the sand, and the heated pool is steps from the unit, with an outdoor shower nearby for rinsing off and a BBQ on the pool deck for grilling up dinner. With only 16 units in the building, the complex has a secluded, low-key feel rather than a resort crowd. A designated parking spot comes with the condo, and coin laundry is available onsite. Beach essentials - towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided, so getting to the water takes no planning at all.

Location

South Cocoa Beach is the quiet end of town, but downtown Cocoa Beach and its restaurants and shops are just a short drive away. The unobstructed views from this stretch of coast are also known for catching the Space Coast's rocket launches. I-95 is close by for anyone heading further afield. Wifi and a dedicated workspace are available for guests who need to stay connected, and self check-in with a smart lock means arrival is simple and flexible.

Getting Around:

Located off A1A with easy accessibility to Interstate 520, 528 and 95. Just a short distance from downtown Cocoa Beach. Lyft and Uber are prominent in the area.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Paper towels

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.



PLEASE NOTE:

-Mailbox access is not available for guests

- Pets are NOT allowed

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.





Regarding the 6-guest occupancy, we provide 1 queen and king bed that can comfortably sleep up to 4 guests. We also have a sleeper sofa that can sleep up to 2 guests.
