Vini est une perle : gentille, serviable, amicale, etc. Bons points : - propreté - lits confortables - plage à quelques pas de l'unité - j'ai demandé à Kris une bassine pour laver mon chien, car pas de baignoire, et je l'ai reçu quelques jours après. Points faibles : - climatisation fait beaucoup de bruit - pas assez de place pour une table de cuisine avec chaises. On dirait que l'unité était un appartement de 1 pièce qui a été transformé en 2 pièces. -...

« The host was easy to get a hold of and very friendly & accommodating. Check in was very easy. The house was clean and easy to find, definitely met our expectations. The a/c worked great, beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all 5 of us. We only stayed one night after our cruise and weren't there long enough to use all of the amenities, but I would certainly stay again. »

« My husband and I stay in Cocoa Beach once a year as part of our travel through Florida. The condo was excellent and has everything for our needs. Don’t be put off by the older style of the exterior. This is a well maintained property. The interior is nicely decorated with beach vibe. Super clean with well equipped kitchen. I appreciate the extra thoughtful touch that a few Keurig coffee pods were provided to get us through our first morning. The bedroom is large with a comfortable king bed....

« This unit is on the ground floor and not far from the pool with the beach just beyond. The beach is near the Cocoa Beach Pier with many dining and lounge options. The unit is beautifully decorated and in excellent condition. We had a wonderful time! The host is very responsive to communication and truly wants the guests to have a great experience. The kitchen appliances and air conditioning all worked perfectly. The only minor negatives were the absence of a larger frying pan and sauce...
