This property was amazing! From the personalized welcome sign and cupcakes to the very well-equipped kitchen to the super fun backyard, everything was wonderful and in great condition. We especially appreciated the amount of beach and outdoor gear that made our beach day really easy. Also, the hosts are very responsive and check-in was really smooth. If we plan another vacation in Cocoa Beach, we would definitely stay here again, and we would recommend this property to anyone.

This place is fabulous! The decor is beautiful and so many fun things available it is incredible. From beach and pool toys to beach chairs, etc. it is great for those traveling that cannot have those things with them. We enjoyed the ocean for 2 days as well as the pool. Love the 2 big floaties (already inflated) for the pool. There was a huge washer and dryer that was great to wash beach towels and swimsuits. The tiki hut was so much fun! We received a warm welcoming with cupcakes and a note. You will love your stay here!

We stayed 5 nights with our daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandchildren ages 5 and 2 ½ . The home went way above our expectations. Just walking in the first time, you know it’s going to be a great experience with the welcome sign, a fully stocked coffee bar, and cupcakes greeting you. The home has great amenities inside and out. Everything you need for cooking, toys and games for the kids, bathrooms stocked with supplies in case you forgot some. Outside a beautiful pool, Tiki shelter and sitting area, mini-golf, firepit and a shed with all you need for other games, the beach, biking, etc. Wendy and Jim were great hosts quickly answering a few questions we had. Easy to get to the beach just 5 minutes away and easy to cross N. Alantic Ave with a pedestrian crossing area right there. And if there is a launch from Kennedy Space Center while you are there it’s definitely worth viewing from the beach. We had two while we were there. Our family had a wonderful time here and it definitely deserves a 10.0 rating.

Great place. Heated Pool was a big hit with the kids. Short walk to the beach thru Wilson Park across A1A, but there's a cross walk with a walk button that stops the traffic immediately. We walked or rode bikes there every day. Convenient to groceries, shopping and family activities. The house itself was really nice and well stocked with amenities. Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this stay was fantastic—so much more than we expected! The house was spotless. The kitchen was clean and bright and had absolutely everything we needed and a lot more. The rooms all had lovely bedding, the towels were thick and abundant, and the CUPCAKES that greeted us were an amazing touch. The backyard was absolutely full of fun, from mini-golf to the hammocks and firepits to the gorgeous pool. We did leave to go to the beach, and of course, there was a wagon there to carry all the chairs that were also in the shed. Really amazing stay.

BEST vacation home we’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely everything we needed was there! Toys, kayaks. Surf boards. pools. Strollers, sunscreen! There was even every hygiene item in the bathroom., super cozy beds and linens, every kind of cooking thing you’d need and a massive grills! BEST VRBO home stay yet! We’ve rented for over 10 years now. This home is top notch. It is evident in each detail the owners take pride in providing an exceptional experience. 3 of us were celebrating birthdays… the owner’s thoughtfulness in personalizing our welcome filled our hearts with joy! Each room exceeds expectations… comfy beds, refreshing showers, large cozy couch and fully stocked large kitchen. The outside is tropical oasis. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch as friendly people biked to the beach or shops that are close by. One night we sat in the screened in porch to relax and listen as a short thunderstorm cooled everything off. The backyard is full of fun! Put-put golf, bikes, boogie boards, kayaks… list goes on. We spent time in devotion and journaling under the perfectly hand crafted tiki hut. Floating in the picture perfect pool was definitely a highlight. Ohhh and everyone should nap in a hammock at least once! The home is across the street from a free parking lot that leads out to the breathtaking ocean. Make sure to get there early or go for an evening stroll. Sunrise was magical. We are so grateful for a truly wonderful week!

We stayed here for a girls weekend and our expectations were exceeded!!! There were so many little details that were just so thoughtful! Blow up Happy Birthday cakes and signs… cupcakes for all 8 of us! Everytime we said dang it I forgot we looked around and the owners had it there for you!! The beach was a short walk and if you stay make sure to check out The Fat Donkey Ice Cream place and Whisk and Grind for breakfast!!

Our own little resort

This house is everything as described and is worth every penny you pay for. Greeted with the most beaitiful and delicious cupcakes, this alone set the tone of our stay. Wendy and Jim were very communicative through the process and helped us with a few different things that came up. Everything is very clean and anything you need extra, we had it there! The only thing was that there were no dressers in the room, but Wendy thanked me for the feedback said they would address it. My family had a lot of fun in the backyard and the pool was clean and temperature was perfect! I believe families that book this home will be very happy with their decision and the memories that they will make! Kudos to both Wendy and Jim for making this the most wonderful experience, very close to perfect!

Best Vacay Ever

We stayed for my daughter’s sweet 16. All she wanted was a relaxing beach trip, with lots of tanning and swimming. The hosts went out of their way to make this stay special for our daughter. Everything was amazing. They thought of so may details to make it easier for travelers. They stocked paper towels, Qtips, disposable razors, and toilet paper (even the good stuff!) Amazing!

This was THE most amazing VRBO in Cocoa Beach. Everything was thought and f by the owners of the home. The pool was perfect& equipped with the most amazing floats, the home was pristine… and perfectly located. I am in love with this beautiful home… a must for anyone going to Cocoa Beach!!!

Amazing house!!! Can’t say enough good things!

This house was amazing. It has everything you can think of. Having everything there was a huge plus!!! To be able to take beach chairs and beach toys to the beach…. Having everything stocked so we can cook and grill…. Bikes to be able to ride… the back yard is INCREDIBLE. The entire house was so clean. I truly can not say enough good things. We will only stay here if we go back to coca beach. The communication is great and quick! I love them so much!!!
