« Cocoa beach wasn’t all we hoped it would be but this place was nice. It was clean, spacious and in a good location, perfect to walk right out to the beach! It was dated but would stay again if we ever went back. »

« Very nice condo. You can see the ocean as soon as you open the front door. Everything worked fine, no problems at all. Great view from the balcony and we got to see a rocket launch at 4:26 am. Lihua is a great host and was always available to answer any questions. Highly recommended. »

« Excellent location. Very clean. Very quiet. Only thing i would change...early morning adult only swim is crossed off the sign. I'd reimplement that. Maybe enforce pool rules (no boogie boards, no running or jumping into poo) a little better »

« Comfortable, clean, had everything we needed, good location. Easy breezy. Not a fan of polyester sheets on the bed cotton would have been nice. Easy to park, easy to get on the beach. Lovely place, would like to return! Thank you for having it available »

« We stayed for 2 days prior to our cruise, and it was a great place to stay not far from the port and close to dining and activities. We liked being right on the beach and having a pool to cool off in. The unit was perfect for our needs with plenty of space and everything you need in the kitchen. Having beach chairs, toys, and games for the kids meant we could pack less. We will definitely stay again! »

« This unit over exceeded my expectations! Condo was perfect for our 7 day stay. Everything needed was at the condo. The location in my opinion was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle but close walking/driving distance to so much.There were 2 very minor things that needed to be attended to, but property manager was on it pretty much before I could even hang up the phone! Will be revisiting this condo in the future! »
