„Preis/Leistung stehen nicht im Verhältniss. “

„Gutes günstiges Hotel. Wifi nur im öffentlichen Bereich.“

„Great room, full of character. Delicious food and lovely staff“

„Excellent location, always a warm welcome for us and our 2 furry babies. The staff are always lovely and really friendly. The meals are really good and it's always packed with atmosphere. We love it! Definitely be back. 👍“

„Excellent scenic location next to the river. Amazing breakfast choices. Evening meals were always very good and sometimes exceptional. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would hope to return.“

„Solo traveller, one night stop off. Camping hut for two (two single beds) which was warm and cosy. I'd have chosen a kettle over a TV but that's my preference. Stunning surroundings. 3 huts in one very large field so quiet. Excepting unfortunately the noise from the adjacent A road.. which runs alongside the site. Café/ bar on site (this is where reception is) comfy, friendly, good breakfast, views overlooking the pond. Facilities numerous. A good site for families I'd say.“

„We had a very enjoyable stay. Ann & Baratt were great hosts. Good location for visiting Monmouth.“

„We had a very good short break in Ross on Wye!! The area has a lot to offer.. we were particularly impressed with choice of excellent restaurants within walking distance from the hotel!! The staff were very friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was very good and the room was perfect for us offering a separate bedroom in their family suite.“

„My husband stayed at Deangate Motel due to working locally. The motel was clean staff helpful in that they let him keep the same room when he extended his stay due to not finishing his work on time. The room he was in he could see his work van clearly and the carpark was super safe as it joined the police station carpark so gave him peace of mind .will stay again as a couple so we can explore the area locally which is walking distance to Lydney. Beautiful countryside for walking.“

„Everything was brilliant !! Would definitely recommend“

„The room was very comfortable, spotless and a very good size, and the location perfect. This is a true find. Lovely accommodation and fabulous hosts! We had a perfect time. Thank you!“

„Beautiful hotel, excellent service “

„Friendly owners and staff plus an excellent breakfast breakfast!“

„We received a warm welcome from Kevin and given a little tour of downstairs which consisted of a breakfast room and a good size comfy sitting area, the honest bar is a nice touch. We were then shown to our room on the first floor No2 which was a good size bedroom/shower room. Breakfast is chosen the day before via a tick sheet which is on two sides so plenty of choices, on both days it was delicious. Would definitely recommend!“
