« Not very welcoming team, the room is just disgustingly dirty, mould on the ceiling of the bathroom and the tiles joints are full of mould. the room has certainly not seen a vacuum cleaner for ages. There's NO EXCUSE for such dirt. A pity as it could be a nice place, but it's a NO GO in these conditions »

« The best thing about this hotel is the location which is fantastic, and the staff were very nice. We stayed in the Oak Suite which is apparently the best room; it benefits from a private terrace with a pair of easy chairs to watch the river and it's occupancy go by, which is lovely. For me it definitely wasn't a four star, but a fair three star hotel. There was a temporary kitchen which also hampered them as well as the view. The room was clean and airy with a (strangely grubby!)Juliet balcony...

« Quaint hotel in Ross on Wye. Located on the Main Street with a small car park available. Rustic feel to the place, wonky stairs (although there is an alternative flight)! Room was well equipped with modern amenities and bathroom. Breakfast cooked to order with lighter options available. Good selection of beer on draught. I’d happily stay here again if in the area. »

« The room was lovely and big, bathroom very clean and staff all friendly. About a half an hour bus from Hereford town. There was an issue with the wifi in the room though, so had to use my data to work remotely. »

« Apartment was very spacious with everything we needed. A continental breakfast was provided which was appreciated. We had dinner at the pub one night and it was delicious. Staff were very friendly. Plenty of parking available. There is no lift and entry/exit is via external fire exit stairs at the rear of the building. »
