„War ein short stay. Receptionist war freundlich. Zimmer war sehr klein. Fitness und Pool war im Preis inbegriffen daher sehr gut! Parkplatz vorhanden, nur im Restaurant 2 mal Late bestellt beides mal wurde Espresso serviert. “

„The property is well located with multi storey car park nearby and the river views very welcoming. Check in late at night was a bit hap hazard, mainly due to process changes but when we really wanted to get to bed it was a bit delayed. The bed was comfy, shower very good and over all very comfortable. “

„ Our stay at the Mercure Bedford Hotel was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The hotel is not at all as shown in the pictures online. What we experienced on site was completely different and a major visual disappointment. In our opinion, this hotel does not deserve a 4-star rating. Upon arrival, we were given a room where the toilet did not flush and the water would not drain. The carpet was very dirty, and the bed duvet was visibly stained. We had to change rooms three times before ...

„Disappointing. On arrival to the room, there was a distinct musty smell. Not pleasant and still present after opening the windows. No WiFi in the room. Breakfast was almost non existent. For a pub/hotel that promotes its food service and quality, a couple of boxes of cereal and a few miniature pastries was not what was expected or advised. A cooked choice would be expected (and was advertised)“
