„Die erste Nacht nach unserer Ankunft in Sri Lanka haben wir in der Villa Shade verbracht. Wir hatten einen Bungalow mit offener Gartendusche. Es ist alles sehr sauber und der Eigentümer sehr bemüht. Die City von Negombo ist ca. 10 Minuten mit dem TukTuk von der Villa Shade entfernt. Tuk Tuk und Taxi wurden organisiert, wenn erforderlich. Alles in allem eine gute Adresse für die ersten Tage in Sri Lanka.“

„My highlight was meeting the owner and his wife. So knowledgeable about many things. It was a delight to talk to them and learn about the culture. This is a small hotel but it was really well kept up and very clean. The bathroom was great - a kitchen to make coffee and tea and a small breakfast if you wanted it. Not many restaurants nearby, but one that is an 8 minute walk. I chose to eat there several times (named "Coffee Boss"). Great selection of cafe drinks and a great menu of food. ...

Mr Asangha Perera and his team at the admin desk were very capable and attentive . „Wunderschönes Haus abseits vom Tourismus-Trubel. Trotzdem sind alle Lebensnotwendigen Dinge problemlos zu Fuß oder gegeben falls in wenigen Minuten mit den supergünstigen Tucktuck´s zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr bemüht einem wirklich jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Wir bedanken uns nochmal ganz herzlich für den Perfekten Urlaub. “

„Wir durften in diesen wundervollen zwei Villen insgesamt 12 unvergessliche Tage verbringen. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist einfach traumhaft, die Sonnenuntergänge sind unglaublich. Die Anlage mit insgesamt vier Häusern ist perfekt gepflegt und herrlich schattig und sonnig zugleich. Es gibt einen weitläufigen Garten mit großen Palmen der bis zum Strand reicht. „One of the worst hospitality service ever. Won't get a towel, bedsheet or toiletries. No cleanliness and smelly dusty rooms. No room service. Swimming pool with decayed leaves and house full of mosquitoes. Broken room locks and the bonus is you won't get water in toilet. Needless to say a poor management by owner and totally irresponsible behaviour. Please don't waste your money by looking at beautiful pics of the villa. Save your money for better stay. Even worst hotels will give better ...
