The Divide Chalet is an older home built in 1977 and does not have air conditioning. Each bedroom has standing tower fans if needed

This home is a tri-split level and not ADA-compliant. The main floor and entrance to the house has a single step from the driveway but otherwise does not require any stairs for access to the main floor bedroom, bath, kitchen, and dining areas. The spiral staircase from the main living area leads to the downstairs living room, kids playroom, basement bedroom, and bath, and the primary suite is down a separate set of stairs off the dining room. You may also access these areas of the home from the outside via the sliding doors located on each deck.
