THE HOME
This isn’t your typical vacation rental. The home combines the warmth of a Colorado mountain retreat with comfortable, elevated spaces designed for gathering.

The open main level is filled with natural light and offers beautiful views of the surrounding pines and Front Range. Downstairs, the expansive lower level gives your group even more room to relax, play and hang out.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Primary Suite, King Bed

The spacious main level primary suite is a retreat of its own, featuring a comfortable king bed, dramatic wood plank ceiling, beautiful natural light and peaceful views of the surrounding Colorado pines.

Blackout curtains make sleeping in easy, while a private sitting area with two lounge chairs is perfect for morning coffee, reading or winding down at the end of the day.

The suite includes its own spacious private bathroom with a double vanity and oversized walk in shower with dual shower heads.

Bedroom 2, Queen Bed + Private En-Suite

Located on the lower level, this bedroom features a queen bed, blackout drapes and its own private en-suite bathroom, making it an excellent second suite for couples, grandparents or guests who appreciate additional privacy.
