« The property was just as advertised and as appears in the listing. It combines the benefits of a private hotel room and a house into one. We had access to a very nice patio, kitchen and living/dining room, but didn’t have to pay for an entire house. It’s in a commercial area so it s a little bit busy and perhaps noisy for some, but we were not bothered at all. We really enjoyed the walking distance access to downtown and a grocery store. »

« Loved the amenities. The hotel was so unique. The game room was perfect for family. We were in for my son’s wedding and were able to use the outdoor grill. The staff was wonderful and they got to have a meal with us too. We used the kitchen in our two bedroom suite daily. »

« Literally the best place to stay in all of Durango even for short stays. I always come here and had to go to a different hotel one time and immediately regretted not staying at The Leland House. It’s central to everything fun in downtown and so nice you might not want to even leave your room. »

« Great place and location. My only complaints are temperature control within the unit and also not being able to keep my car in the garage on check out day as my key was disabled at 10am. I had to move my car to the normal outside lot while we skied that day and having to change in a public outdoor parking lot before driving to catch my flight home in Denver is bot ideal and I should have been able to stay parked in the garage. Besides those 2 things I would absolutely stay there again but would...

« Nice room. Hot tub was nice. Amenities were expensive and were not included in the price, despite most options were not even open/available during our stay. Rental people upstairs were very helpful. »

« Pics showed balcony but there wasn’t one. All shampoo, body wash and conditioner bottles were empty and they never refilled them. Place was really run down and dirty. »
