« The room was clean from head to toe. The staff were never pushy, extremely friendly and very helpful. Stayed for Valentines day, and had the best accommodations. Thank you for the experience. »

« The check-in process was excellent, the room was clean. The TV signal kept dropping out and the shower was a little old but my biggest issue was the noise, especially between 10.30 and 2am in the morning. There were young children in the hotel running around and the room they were staying must have been above where I was staying as the thumping and noise went on until 2am. I was told by the staff that there was nothing that could be done which was disappointing to hear. Not as good as my last...

« I was appalled to find no electric outlet available for CPAP equipment near the bed! After some back and forth with the front desk, they finally agreed to locate a power strip and assist in setup as it required someone to get down on hand and knees to unplug the overhead light before plugging in power strip. I have never had such an experience! All other travel locations have had multiple outlets in the nightstand area. Big design flaw. »

« Fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels, etc for breakfast was a nice change from meat and eggs. Hotel was very clean and staff were nice. Beds were comfortable, we slept well. Rooms could use a microwave. »

« Nice hotel no coffes in rooms, no coffee in lobby. Decent breakfast but finished at 8.30 lots of food probably handed for the garbagei hope it could go feed the hungery. »

« A very nice hotel, in a great location. Clean, and newer-looking. Just bring your own pillow. The pillows are terrible. The pillow is like a cloud that disappears when you lay on them. Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay here, again. Friendly staff. »

« Clean room. Nice staff. Shower had good pressure. We had breakfast off the menu, which was fine. Hot tub wasn't very hot. We were in room 331 which is on the interstate side, but the furnace fan did a good job of drowning out the noise. Would stay again. »

« This was a scary hotel. Lobby was dirty. The hallway had dog poop in it. The door to the outside didn’t secure properly. The furnace was falling apart. The bed was disgustingly gross. The jacuzzi was so old and gross. We only stayed here for 1 hour. We were scared to any longer. We had our little granddaughter with us. We did not feel safe at all. I want my full refund and I don’t know how to get it back. The office said I had to go through Expedia. I had anxiety so bad. We went and got a room...

« Stores were nearby. Staff very friendly, quick smooth check in and out. Fine for a nights stay. Beds and linens were poor, definitely motel standard. Likely wouldn't stay here again. »
