„friendly welcome at the front desk. Outside the hotel everything looked renovated unlike inside. Our room (117) was spacious. We both didn't like the soft (to old?) mattress but our biggest issue was the high humitity in our room. We thought we could lower it with the AC but didn't work. To tired to complain at the desk and maybe get another room.“

„Nice to have a host who understands and welcomes pets. This is very important to me and I am sure to other travelers. The property is beautiful and it was nice to have a grassy yard to go barefoot and great for a dog. Most country properties I have stayed in don't have a manicured lawn that is fenced in for furry friends. Loved the "moo moos"...lots of baby cows this time of year. “

We knew the home was older from the listing pictures but there was a key detail that was not mentioned or visible in the listing which is that the only shower in the home was a cast iron tub which had been converted into a shower.
