The room was clean and well-maintained, and the hot water and water pressure in the shower were excellent. Temperature control was easy to manage, and the pull-out bed was decent for a short stay. Noise levels were not terrible, and the box fan provided sufficient white noise for a comfortable night’s sleep. While the hallway had a strong smell of marijuana, it wasn’t noticeable once inside the room.Directions for entering the building were clear, and exit instructions were simple. The property also offered in-unit laundry, which was convenient for washing clothes before leaving. Parking was included in the cost of the rental and located at the rear of the building, which was helpful. Additionally, there were cameras inside and outside the building, as well as on the outside of the unit door.The location was about half a mile from the convention center, making it a 15–20 minute walk or under a five-minute drive. There were tons of resturants nearby. The host checked in during the stay and responded quickly to any questions, which was greatly appreciated. The only concern was that several homeless individuals congregated near the back entrance where we parked. While we didn’t have any direct issues, it made us cautious when entering and exiting.Overall, the stay was comfortable and convenient, with thoughtful amenities and responsive hosting. A few minor concerns aside, this property offered good value for its proximity to the convention center and the included features.
