Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Personal & Service, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
The property was very old and in a lot of disrepair. Our room was old, dirty, and certainly not what I expected (or what any normal/average person would expect, I believe). There was grime at the bottom of the shower that looked like dirt spilling all over the bathroom floor, and all kinds of crud under the AC unit. It looked like there was some small animal living there. The phone had the insides out of it so it was impossible to call the front desk. Therefore, I made multiple (4) trips up to the front desk to try to get some help. I asked for two extra pillows initially, and they said the hotel was full and they had no extra pillows in the entire hotel. However, the next morning when we had no hot water to take showers, they offered us to go to the 3rd floor (we were in the 1st floor) to take showers, but that room’s hot water didn’t work either. That proved there were rooms available, and the parking lot was barely full. The chair next to the bed was incredibly old and the covering was dirty and the plastic was pulling away from the chair. It looked like someone took their fingernails and scratched the pleather off the chair. It’s hard to believe they would allow guests to stay in this room. However, the AC did work:) They offered no compensation for any of this. I would expect at least a partial refund. Very disappointing.
