Nestled in the vibrant and eclectic University District, our House offers an ideal blend of urban convenience and a lively, collegiate atmosphere.

Our stunning, fully renovated home is spacious and conveniently located, making it ideal for your group's stay in Columbus. The property features:

5 bedrooms in the house with a total of 5 Queen beds, accommodating 10 adults. Each bedroom features unique furniture and decor and has a premium mattress with luxurious bedding.

Kitchen: It also features a stove, oven, stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Keurig K-Cup coffee machine, and is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and paper towels.

Living room: Kick back on a large comfortable couch with a 50” TV. Chat into the evening, hang out, or just relax when you come home.

Bathrooms: There are 2 full bathrooms - one on the first floor and one on the second floor. We provide towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner - everything you need!

Bathroom 1 (Second floor): full bathroom with a tub. Bathroom 2 (Third floor): full bathroom with a shower.

WiFi: We have a signal throughout the house.

Parking: There is free off-street parking at the back of the house.

1. What linens are included? – We provide all linens for beds, as well as 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels per bed.

2. What household supplies are provided? – We provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Toilet paper and hand soap are also provided. Additionally, you can also find paper towels in the kitchen, dishwasher detergent, and dish soap.

3. What does the kitchen include? – The kitchen is stocked with the following: toaster, fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, various size pots & pans, utensils to cook, dinnerware set, cutlery, kettle, and coffee maker.

4. Do you allow pets? – Yes, we do have a pet fee of $100 per stay. We allow up to 2 pets per reservation.

5. What time is check-in and check-out? – You may check in any time after 4:00 PM and you must check-out no later than 11:00 AM. If you need to check-in super late that is not a problem, just follow the self-check-in instructions.

6. Is an early check-in possible? You can check with us. If we have the day before available, we can block it for you and offer early check-in for 50% of the daily rate.

7. How many bathrooms are in the house? 2 bathrooms.

8. What type of unit is this one? You are renting the entire side of a duplex property. You have access to all of the rooms and common areas for the left side of the house. The porch and back parking area are shared with the other side of the duplex.

9. How fast is the internet? Our download speed is as fast as 175Mbps. The service is very reliable, and the WiFi reaches all areas of the house, including all bedrooms. We have had a lot of guests who are traveling for work and they do their work from home with no issues.

10. Do you offer laundry? We have a laundry room available for guests upon request.

11. How does the parking work? There is free off-street parking available behind the house for up to 2 vehicles. Additional street parking can be found in front of the house.

12. Do you allow parties? We do not allow parties under any circumstances. If there is a party or any unauthorized guests who are not on the original reservation, there will be a fine and your reservation will be canceled without a refund. Please respect this rule and our neighbors."

You are renting the entire left side of a duplex. You have access to all of the rooms and common areas. Please note that the basement is only for housekeeping use only. The porch and rear parking is shared with the other side of the duplex.

If you are driving in, there is free street unlimited time parking available in the area + off street parking behind the house.

Since this is a full house rental, we're not on premises. However, we're always just a quick message away, so feel free to reach out to us via Airbnb app or website at any time. We usually reply messages right away from 9am to 9pm.
