« They gave me a room with no windows or skylight even though I booked the one with a skylight. A comped breakfast did not fix the fact that I was in a room under the entire heating and cooling system and it was noisy all night »

« Place is very dirty, and some really sketchy people hanging around. This is the kind of place that is more of a lower income apartment building. I will not be staying here again. »

« The room was big, clean, and the property was nice. The doors to the rooms slam very hard and are super heavy. During the night someone closed their door and it caused the whole wall to shake waking me me up. The AC was either ice cold or the room was warm we couldn't find a happy medium so we kept it ice cold in the room which is good for some. I like the breakfast options they had slightly more than your run-of-the-mill places that have what seems like the minimum. Not the hotels fault but one...

« The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast left a little bit to be desired. The jimmy deans premade sandwiches weren’t great as they were a little soggy. Maybe having the ingredients to make a one more fresh would be better. It’d be nice to have a bar similar to other properties. More notice on when house keeping services are happening. Apparently it’s only every other day. »

« No insulation in the walls whatsoever. You could hear everything. People talking & Doors slamming all hours of the night. Don’t stay there if you are needing a good nights rest. Other than that, staff was friendly, room was clean, & had a decent breakfast. »

« I honestly have nothing nice to say. My stay was for a week. I got there on a Monday just to be checked in as a no show. The room I was in had two beds and felt like we were sleeping on cots. Was told I would be moved the next day to a different room next door, and they rented out the room I was supposed to be in. Doors that were to remain locked 24 hours a day never closed. This is a safety measure for guests. They say no smoking in the rooms, and the halls smelled like smoke/weed. I finally...

« Everything was great! The only issue we had was I could not get the body wash dispenser in the shower to work. Everything else worked great! I did not report it because I was leaving immediately after I discovered it. »
