„We loved the layout and beautiful touches, like sunset table, kitchen, hammock, books and comfortable bed. The shower was very cool and gave a nice view of the beautiful horses feeding on the lush grass next door. We had great fun cooking a delicious meal on the fire pit and being mesmerised by the stars. They provided the best coffee I have ever tasted!!! Communication was fantastic and Avon is a lovely human! Very impressed and will be returning soon for another stay. Thanks Avon for having us ...

„Very inflexible. We had a booking and our daughter got sick and was in hospital for a week. We tried twice to request a postponement of one week via the Hotels.com customer service. After several days of no response, we called the accommodation directly. We asked if we could postpone the booking by 1 week as they showed availability during that time at the same price but hey refused and charged us 100% for no show saying that the booking could not be cancelled. Very bad customer service.“
