„Sehr schönes Hotel“

„We had an overall pleasant three-night stay. We requested a quiet room and were given a room on the top (third) floor, which was very quiet and peaceful. Please note that the elevator only goes up to the second floor. The room was clean and well equipped. What stood out most was the friendliness of the staff. We especially enjoyed our conversations with Keith in the evening. He made us feel very welcome and even offered us hot water for tea in the evenings. Breakfast items such as cereal ...

„Loved The Pell! Beautiful property, clean and quiet rooms. Great location. Would stay again and again.“

„Nette, saubere Unterkunft in North Kingstown.

„I booked a King Room handicap accessable 2 months ago. When we arrived at the property, I was told that the only room that was available 2 Queens no. Handicap accessable because they had booked 2 accommodations for 2 wedding parties and there was nothing they could do for me. I made my displeasure known and was then asked to park behind the building to allow for more wedding party parking. I tried calling Mariott and they said that nothing could be done for me because I booked through Expedia ...

„I've stayed there 2 times now. The first time the attendant at the front desk was extremely rude to my father in law (an 82. year old man). They DID NOT explain their policy of not cleaning the room or changing towels unless requested. They argued that they gave us "Welcome Letter" which neither me or my father in law received it during our separate check in times. The rooms are extremely outdated. Both times the room smelled weird and the bathrooms are not very clean and the towels may as ...

„This is a good option at a good price. The hotel in general is a little dated, but I'm not sure I am willing to pay double the price for a newer/remodeled facility. In general, a really good value for what you get.“
