„We had a stopover for one night on the way from Michigan to Tennessee. The hotel was okay for the single night, but we would not want to stay here longer. The cleanliness of both the room and the pool was disappointing. Although we had a non-smoking room the odor of cold smoke was obvious.“

„The floor in our room was filthy. I took a wet towel and wiped the floor and the towel turned black. The soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers were empty. The floor would have been softer than the mattress. Trains with horns ran all night. Dogs backed and howled all night. Other than that, it was great.“

„Great as always“

„Very nice hotel!“

„Everyone was very helpful and friendly.“

„Love the nostalgia of the hotel. Great river view. The owner is very nice and helpful.“

„Unfortunately a yappy dog kept us from sleeping. The staff did help by dealing with the situation but who lets their dog bark nonstop at 1:45 am???Then cleaning staff slammed doors starting at 800 am. I was surprised how they opened doors and let them slam knowing people may be trying to sleep. Literally just needed a place to sleep but no such luck.“

„Unfortunately, we could only stay for two nights, but this was a wonderful hotel in a superb location, next to a very charming arcade. The rooms were absolutely excellent. The staff service, in particular from Jennifer, was really wonderful, and we had an incredibly enjoyable stay. The meal and drink in the restaurant in the evening were astonishingly good, coming from a small hotel.“

„Great place to stay. The staff was very nice and accommodating.“

„Casino , da waren wir skeptisch. Angekommen waren wir hin und weg. Traumhaft schön, außerhalb eines Ortes, etwa 100 m entfernt vom Casino. Alles neu und komfortabel. Kinderbett haben wir selbst mitgehabt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder gern kommen. Sehr, sehr empfehlenswert.“

„Great“

„Freundlicher Service. Hilfsbereit.
