„The place was clean and a nice apartment. We stayed only 1 night. Yes, there is traffic and you will hear it all night long, but it is what it is (if owner lists this, would you rent it?) The beds, for us, were so uncomfortable...too soft. But that's a personal preference. The ceiling fan made an intermittent noise that kept waking me. The towels were rough and felt like they were washed without softener. As others noted, there weren't enough towels and wash cloths for the number of guests ...

„We had a very comfortable one-night stay and would stay again if ever in the area. Late check-in was very smooth, and we found the space clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything we needed. Getting heavy suitcases up the narrow stairway to the third floor (and trying to do so quietly during a late-night arrival so as not to disturb the neighbors) was the only thing we found a little difficult, but that was really nothing in the great scheme of things. „Overall a very pleasant stay. It’s an unbeatable location to downtown and to beaches. The host is very responsive and helpful to answer all questions. It’s very clean. There were plenty of places to hang out in the living room. We loved the fridge layout and the kitchen. Cant complain since it was national day holiday though the price was high. Some places could be improved: the window AC unit which could disturb the sleep and not effective in bedrooms. We wondered if the central AC was working ...

„What a delight to find this gem of a property. The lawn is spacious the old trees are shady and the flower beds are well taken care of by the host. The apartment is comfy and close to historic Four Corners and Fogland Beach. The trails to the water’s edge and also an historic old mill site and bridge are within walking distance and made for enjoyable walking. I have family nearby and plan to return when I visit.“
