Quite and close to river

Everything was smooth from check in to check out. Just one suggestion all the beds could use some updating, the coils made a screeching high pitch loud noise with the slightest move. We would book again though that would not deter us.

Family Frio Vacation!!!

Cleanliness could have been better since you are paying for a cleaning fee. The beds need to be updated me and my wife couldn't sleep on the king bed for to long we ended up on the futon with an air mattress on it and I'm 200.00 lbs. The house had roaches not to bad yet. Over all the property was just like the online pics. Would only stay back again if the beds were updated.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a group of two families of five, and the space was perfect. My only complaint is that there was not even a single roll of toilet paper when we arrived. You will need to bring EVERYTHING including toilet paper and dish soap. The kitchen is decently stocked with cooking items though, which was a nice surprise. It hasn't had any upgrades anytime recently, so the showers are a bit worn. The bed was firm and comfortable. The fire pit was a great addition. Overall, I definitely recommend it. We had a great time!

The cabin was clean, easily accessible, and spacious. Our group had eight adults and four children and it never felt claustrophobic. We had an amazing week. This cabin is such a gem. We got to relax and disconnect for a bit, although strong wifi is available for streaming etc. Stunning property, we stayed put for three days just to wander around. Highly recommended, we will be back!
