  • River Dance est situé dans la subdivision de Heartstone, toujours populaire, et offre un accès à la rivière dans deux parcs de la subdivision. Conçu pour une vie spacieuse à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, River Dance est idéal pour recevoir jusqu'à douze invités. Il y a une arrière-cour herbeuse à l'extérieur avec un grand porche couvert, une piscine privée et un patio avec un anneau de feu de roche et un coin salon. La maison dispose de quatre chambres et de trois salles de bains, toutes joliment décorées.

Nice pool, greta view of the hills out all back windows and patio. Great covered pation with seating for the eight of us. We awere able to watch all the college footballl games on the large screen TV. Dineer at The Laurel Tree was superb. Could not ahve been a better weekend. Thanks

The property was clean and has pretty much everything you need. The pool is a plus, especially if the river is low. Access to the river is close. We do still rent a golf cart to get our stuff to and from the river.

We cooked all of our meals - don't forget cooking spray/oil and spices! Along with other cooking essentials - foil, foil pans, etc. We did have an ant problem by the pool - someone came over to take a look but couldn't treat because they didn't find an active mound. Patio was perfect and the washer/dryer was a plus. We will be booking again for next year.

A great bonus was that each bedroom had a restroom. The river access was not too far from the house but the river was low in this area. We did find a great spot a short drive from the house.

The only thing was the A/C even after the sun had gone down and we’re all sleeping it still wasn’t very cool but it wasn’t anything that really bothered us or kept us awake. The property was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Check in went seamlessly,the manager provided good friendly customer service. It is just steps away from the river and in a very beautiful and quiet area. My brothers enjoyed the fire pit Saturday night. Positive recommendations for this property to friends and relatives for groups of up to 10 people. The price was in line for the area but wish it was more reasonable(don't we all). I am not sure what restaurant they went to but it was good but due the time of the year, the only one open. They did go down to the river which they said was kinda low right now but still flowing.

Great location close to the river and in a perfect neighborhood. The house is very well kept up with and has a great view with huge windows that over look the back yard and hill country. The house was very clean, and the swimming pool was a great bonus! The staff were very helpful. We did have a few issues arise. The coffee pot didn’t work, but someone dropped off a new one right away. The dryer wouldn’t get hot to dry the clothes, but we were able to use a dryer a few houses down from our rental. I would also note that the oven did not work. The cooktop & broiler worked, but not the oven part. There is also a grill. There is a very strong septic smell when you run the shower in the bathroom closest to the laundry room. Overall, the house was great! You have 2 river access points inside the gated community within walking distance. There is a convenience store close by. Great Location! A few extra things you will need to bring: beach towels, extra washcloths, kitchen washcloths & pot holders.

Everything was good except the beds need to be upgraded. One bathroom had an awful smell every time you showered. River Dance was close to the river but if you do not want to carry your belongings to the river rent a golf cart ( I was not aware of this). Subdivision is nice. Had a nice stay!
