Important River Access Information: The Den is not directly on the riverbank; another home is situated between the house and the river. Vehicle access to the riverbank is limited to one personal passenger vehicle at a time. ATVs, UTVs, and golf carts are not permitted.
River conditions, water levels, and vehicle access may vary with weather and seasonal conditions. One personal passenger vehicle is permitted at the riverbank at a time.
While another home is situated between The Den and the Frio River, guests enjoy convenient access to the water without having to travel to a separate public river access location.

TOWELS: Bring bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels, pool towels (no towels are provided).

PAPER GOODS: Bring paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, coffee filters. Your kitchen is equipped with dinnerware, silverware, drinking glasses, and basic cookware, but you may want to bring paper plates, plastic cups, and plastic ware.
