The Cocoonr Agency is pleased to offer this charming flat in Concarneau, refurbished in 2024, just 150 metres from Sables Blancs beach, in a four-star residence with an outdoor swimming pool. It measures 40 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The flat is situated next to the thalassotherapy centre, perfect for relaxing by the sea. Located on the first floor with a lift, it comprises a lovely 20 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful master bedroom, a bathroom with a bath, and you can enjoy a garden of around 20,000 m², featuring children’s play equipment. Bed linen and towels are included.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Living area:
- A 20 m² living room with a TV and a sofa
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet

Bedroom area:
- A large master bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a TV
- A bunk bed (sleeps two)

Outdoors:
- A balcony of approximately 5 m² with furniture to enjoy sunny days.

Communal area:
- Shared outdoor swimming pool (20x10 m), heated, open from 1 June to 20 September, with child safety measures (cover and fence), unsupervised. Opening dates are for information only and are subject to change by the residence.
- A large 20,000 m² park to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally situated in Concarneau, in a very pleasant and leafy setting. You’ll find all essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market and coastal footpaths...
