The cottage has a large well equipped kitchen with all the small appliances you will need to cook up your favorite meals. You will find all the cooking wares in the pantry just off the kitchen. The cottage has high speed internet, satellite TV, Netflix and surround sound for that extra vibe. Large covered deck with outdoor sitting area and dinning area. It has two bedrooms with queen beds also a large washroom with shower and washer and dryer. A large lake front deck with covered seating area and place to sun bathe if you wish.

Close to shopping, restaurants, walking trails and beautiful beaches.

Enjoy some of the freshest sea foods such as clams, mussels, lobster, scallops and a variety of fish.

Relax on the covered deck on those really hot days. Enjoy the propane fire in the evenings. Enjoy lounging on the large deck by the lake or have a camp fire on those calm nights.

Located on Victor Lake it boosts some of the finest fishing for bass, perch and pickerel in the area. So bring your fishing gear. It is also great for swimming and kayaking. . You will also have access to two kayaks and life vest for your enjoyment during your stay.

The cottage is on a half mile dirt road that is in good condition for all vehicles. The property is private and you have access to all of it except access to the basement.
