« The location was perfect because we were near shopping and freeways. We were only 10 minutes away from family, friends and the new house that we purchased. The unit was very comfortable, quiet and ideal size for the two of us. We would definitely return and recommend to others. Brad and his team were very responsive and easy to work with. « The apartment is in an old office building. It's spacious and clean but the ceilings are low and stained. Although our unit door locked, the back outer door of the building had a broken lock, and our door had no peep hole to see anyone who came in. There appeared to be an unhoused person sleeping right outside of the front of the building. There are cameras around the building but there was no lighting in the parking lot and it was pretty dark. »

« This unit is very spacious and well-appointed for a studio apartment. The views of the city and Mt. Diablo are very nice.I continue to be dissatisfied with property management company. I had specifically asked for 2 sets of keys in advance and upon check-in, this was not made available until later in the day. The communication is corporate and not personal at all. »

« We had a great stay at Terry’s place. Terry generously provided soft drinks, oatmeal for breakfast, and coffee pods, which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated.The flat is a ground-floor unit located behind the main house at the address provided by the host. The space was clean, quiet, and very spacious, making it a comfortable place to stay. We also found street parking right near the unit to be very convenient.Thank you again to Terry for hosting us—we would gladly stay here again. »

« Due to broken pipes we received notice on the night before our travel plans that the booking was canceled. Probably out of host’s control as well as ours. Still, our trip was cancelled all together. »
