« I didn't arrive to the property until after 8pm. Being able to park in the tiny driveway was nice. The instructions were very clear, which was a plus. Once inside everything was as it appears in the photos. Note that check-in time is an hour later and check-out is an hour earlier than most places. My only real issue was that I was charged for the full rate at booking, and two days before my arrival a pre-authorization hold for more than the rental fees was made as well. »

« Host was accommodating to my Girl Scout Troop and ensured that our stay worked out great. Check in went smooth, host was easily accessible if needed and the home felt safe and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. We had a great trip to San Francisco!
