« The 418 was the perfect spot for our family visit to Ft. Wayne. Tammy was very welcoming and easily accessible. She has put a lot of effort into providing a space that feels like home with unique touches. Her coffee table book provides all the info an out of town guest needs to know. Biggest highlights: coffee bar, local artwork, comfy throw blankets, plenty of pillows/towels/blankets, fall decor, attached garage (especially helpful since there was a snow storm). « Overall this was a decent place to stay. Only a couple of problems that we worked around. The first was one bed was unusable. The second was we were told by cleaning staff that we couldn’t use one of the two sinks in the upstairs. Only the water was turned off to both sinks. Wouldn’t keep us from staying again but would need these items addressed first. »

« It was an extremely disappointing visit. The blinds were broken. The trash from the previous guest was still in the trashcan, coffee grounds still in cofeemaker, no lightbulb in living room lamp, , no silverware, and no creamer. The sugar was hard, there were no pillowcases on the front bedroom. The mattress and pillows did not have enclosed vinyl covers. The coffee table in the living room was wobbly and unsafe. No TV in the second bedroom. There was only 1 bath towel for 2 guest. The bed...
