« All the staff were welcoming and friendly throughout our stay . The room was of a high standard with some nice touches - very fluffy towels - comfortable bed - good range of tea and coffee. Pleasant area with nice walks - safe and quiet - ideal stop off if on long journeys North or South with relatively easy M6 access. »

« Dysfunctional shower. Water coming out of hose at the end of the unit meaning reduced water pressure from the shower head. (Can attach a video if needed) Apart from that, everything perfect. Fay(e) was very welcoming and above and beyond helpful. If shower was working 10/10. »
