« Great location in April Sound Proper. Very comfortable bed. There is a wall AC unit but it kept us cool and we slept very well. Plenty of space for food items in the fridge. The kitchenette was nice but we didn't need it while we were there. I like the windows in the unit and it faced a green area I think along the golf course area. Host was very responsive. »

« This was the perfect alternative to hotel for my family of 4. Very spacious and private. The host checked all the boxes on everything you would need. We come down to this area every year for a major international soccer tournament and will probably stay here next time as well. A++++ »

Every time we left the property we ended up having to send a message to get back in because gate access kept expiring after 1 use. 2. There was minimal cooking essentials. Trucks, tow trucks and moving vans were constantly coming in and out, there were men standing by the stairs throughout the day which made it very uncomfortable to come in and out. Very noisy!
