Parking is available for up to 20 vehicles inside the property driveway. Street parking and parking on neighboring properties are not permitted.

LARGE GROUPS & CELEBRATIONS
The property offers generous indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, making it ideal for family reunions, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, wedding-related gatherings, retreats and other special occasions.

Indoor gatherings can accommodate up to 50 people, with tables and chairs available. Outdoors, 8 metal tables and 48 metal chairs are provided, with ample room for larger gatherings.

Guests are welcome to arrange their own decorations and catering services. Please contact us in advance regarding any gathering or event plans so we can make sure your plans are appropriate for the property.

PARKING
The large private driveway provides parking for up to 20 vehicles. All vehicles must remain on the property. Street parking and parking on neighboring properties are not permitted.

PEACEFUL NATURAL SETTING
One of the special features of the property is its wooded environment. Mature trees, birds, deer and other wildlife create a relaxing country atmosphere just minutes from Conroe-area attractions.

A large natural creek borders the property. Children must be closely supervised at all times around the creek, swimming pool, hot tub and other outdoor areas. Creek conditions and water levels may change following rainfall.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
We welcome responsible gatherings while protecting the peaceful residential setting. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM, and loud outdoor music is not permitted. Guests are expected to respect neighboring properties and follow all parking and noise rules.

For safety, no glass containers are permitted in the pool or hot tub area. Children's life vests and flotation devices are available.

Please note: The swimming pool is not heated. The property borders a large creek, so children should be closely supervised around both the pool and creek areas.

Parking is available for up to 20 vehicles inside the property driveway. No street parking or parking on neighboring properties is permitted.

Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. Loud outdoor music is not permitted. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

For everyone's safety, please do not bring glass bottles into the pool area.
