« We were just passing through on our way to Gatlinburg and we wanted to check out Fall Creek Falls State Park.The location was perfect for visiting the state park. Camper was clean. In the kitchen we only used the keruig and microwave but there is a fridge and stove. There was just three of us. Our 14 year old son slept on the pull out bed. « Carol was very attentive via messages. Calfkiller Cottage was comfortable very quiet and well appointed. We were visiting family who lived 1.2 miles away so the location suited us well. Great shower with great water pressure. We would stay there again. »

« This house was adorable, decorated in fun, MCM style. It was stocked with everything we needed for our overnight stay. I wish we could have stayed longer. It was walkable to restaurants as well. »

« Very nice place to stay . Neighbors dogs right outside of bedroom window yapped non stop consistently from 10pm to 3am but that’s not the property owners fault . Also a woman sat in driveway and got out and was looking in windows taking pictures . Saw me and didn’t say a word . I would assume if it was the property owner they would have said something. « We enjoyed our stay, the camper is clean and had a nice view of the woods. The pond is across the street and down the hill, with a cute swing, and a nice spot to fish. The owners we're fun, and inviting. We would totally hang out with them again! »

« The entire process was very easy, convenient and welcoming. The property was amazing, as advertised and so many little added features to make one feel at home. Would definitely recommend and I would absolutely stay here again if in the Cookeville area. The host made sure that everything needed was available and was extremely helpful. »

« Amazing views of the Cumberland River with a great back porch including a hot tub that overlooked the river. The owners were very welcoming and the perfect couple. We will definitely go back. I loved the small town and atmosphere. It was close to Cookville so we could visit the Falls. The house was roomy and clean. »

« My wife & I came to Dawn’s house on the creek to enjoy several days of waterfall hiking. Everything about the house and interactions with the hostess were perfect. The house is clean, roomy, comfortable and stocked with many little extras that we felt were very considerate on the part of the hostess.
