« The property was great for a family however the downstairs unit is difficult when there are upstairs tenants at the same time from a different party. They also had dogs and so it was difficult to get rest. Every movement upstairs and even talking is heard clearly downstairs so our family was awake while the couple upstairs partied and enjoyed each other's company until 3am. « Quaint, upstairs rental. Unit is very clean and bed is very comfortable. There is a long, narrow staircase access that might be challenging for some, but property is worth it. Great views. Love the two smart TV’s. This is an older property, but well maintained and comfortable. Would stay here again! »

« We were greeted by our contact person, Gail, who is friendly and personable. And a terrific artist as you will see when you are on the property. This is a very cute, fun and artsy apartment. We used the bedroom at the front of the house and found it roomy and the bed is very comfortable. The water pressure is outstanding and the hot water arrives almost instantly. The kitchen is fully stocked. Just bring your own food. We will definitely book a room here when we are near Winchester Bay again. »

« Was a clean apartment close to the boardwalk like it was stated. There was no air conditioning. Doorways were small, about 6' 4" being 6'6" was a problem. Was awakened first morning to the fire alarm. After removing the batteries and continued ducking the doorways the next few days, were pleasant. Electrical outlets and light switches were awkward. »

« The description failed to mention that the property is overlooking a water treatment facility and the lights were on all night. Also, door could not be locked upon exiting so I risked all my belongings being stolen. Also had someone follow me down the alley when I came back at night. Barely an ocean view. »

« This is a completely automated check in. There are also sound recording sensor on one of the outlet in the rooms that are there if let the management know if there is load noises. The room advertises what automated system they are using so I was able to look up the sensor. It claims it does not record but monitors if the sound level is to high and reports it to the management. I do not know if I believe that, but I thought I would let others know. »
