« Lovely upstairs apartment with good views. The area is very new so it hasn’t fully developed its own character, but there is a branch of Sparrow for coffee and treats as well as a cozy wine bar next door. It’s not cheap, but it’s a good location if you’re in town for business. »

« This room is very very loud, the window frames are rotting and if opened very dirty. This allows all the noise in from the street and trains. The owner was sarcastic when we complained, however the customer service contact was prompt when the AC broke. They offer foam ear buds so it’s suggestive that we are not the first to raise the issue. We were given a refund but not what we asked for as the owner was unpleasant to deal with. »

« So happy we decided to stay here! It was the perfect fit for our family of five. The room was BIG and had everything we needed. The hotel staff were great. A short walk from our room down to the river. We didn't have time to attend any of the happenings but they had love music nearby and a s'mores kit you could buy and make at the fire pits by the river. So fantastic, we will definitely plan another trip in the future! »

« We stayed in the upper appartment. The place is beautiful, comfortable, quite, and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony overlooks a beautiful garden patio.
The location is a short walking distance to Ashlands' center with its theaters, coffee shops and restaurants.
Steve, our host, was welcoming, bery communicative and accessible.
Our stay was perfect. »
