Nettes Hotel, mäßiges Service
Das Hotel selbst gefällt mir architektonisch sehr gut, die Zimmer finde ich hübsch, jedoch für ein 5-Stern Haus doch sehr klein. Apropos 5-Stern: Es gibt keinen Bellboy, der einem die Koffer abnimmt. Beim Frühstück bringt einen Niemand zum Platz, also sitzen lauter Pärchen auf Vierertischen und es gibt in der „rush hour“ keinen Platz. Es gibt keine Slipper am Zimmer, weil das „umweltschädlich“ ist. Man müsste die Slipper kaufen, also rennen alle Gäste barfuß durchs Hotel zum Pool… Handtücher wurden NICHT getauscht, obwohl sie am Boden lagen. Wahrscheinlich auch wegen der Umwelt. In Summe ein hübsches Hotel, das Service ist aber meilenweit von einem 5-Stern Standard entfernt.

Das Zimmer und die Lage waren super. Weniger gut war, dass man nur 45 min am Tag an den Pool konnte. Man musste vorher reservieren, oft war es gar nicht möglich, weil private Veranstaltungen am Pool waren. Auch für das Frühstück musste man ein Zeitfenster reservieren. Die Atmosphäre war nicht so angenehm.

Die Villa Copenhagen hält was sie verspricht und übertrifft sich selbst dabei. Man weiß gar nicht, wo man zuerst hingucken soll. Es wird mit jedem Blick immer schöner, jedes Treppenhaus ist ein ganz eigenes Erlebnis. Rundum waren wir täglich aufs neue überrascht, die vielen Details, die lieben Menschen. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung!

Tolles Hotel mir Pool mitten in Kopenhagen
Sehr cooles Hotel mit 25m Dachpool und Sauna, Zimmer sind top, die kleinste Kategorie ist von der Größe noch ausreichend. Gute (aber teure) Bar, wo man auch essen kann, das Restaurant ist auch sehr gut, war aber leider durch eine Veranstaltung blockiert. Der Pool ist schmal, aber ausreichend. Kritik: es gibt beim Pool keine Umkleidemöglichkeitm und die Kästchen zum Einsperren persönlicher Gegenstände können blockieren (es dauerte 1 Nacht, bis meine Sachen gerettet werden konnten), es gibt keine Badesandalen im Zimmer (nur Bademäntel). badesandalen kann man beim Pool teuer kaufen. Ansonsten aber alles in allem ein sehr gutes Hotel mit freundlicher Rezeption!

Quite impressive hotel. While the area around is not as beautiful as others in Copenhagen, it is right next to the main train station make it easier to commute to and from the airport. That is a huge plus. The hotel is well run with friendly staff and beautiful modern rooms. Tge rooms are quite. The pool and sauna are awesome especially after a full day walking. Highly recommend this property.

Very good stay at this hotel. Comfortable bed, super helpful staff, great pool/sauna, excellent bakery and a good selection of drinks to be had too. Not too far of a walk to the main central areas (10-15 mins) and a Metro is not too far away either if walking isn't an option or desirable. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Copenhagen.

Virkrlig dejligt og lækkert hotel. Jeg fik udsat udtjekning til kl 14, men der kom to gange roomservice og bankede på, og det var lidt irreterende. Ellers et meget smukt og lækkert hotel.
