Boheme Dachwohnung mit Gemeinschaftsterrasse im Herzen des malerischen Nyhavn

Architect designed but with a traditional feel about it, a spacious flat with a lot of light and charm, with exposed beams and wooden floor throughout. Location is right in the heart of Nyhavn, about 100 meters from the canals and urban beach of Ofelia Plads, perfect for swims if you like cold water!

A big shared rooftop terrace spans the entire block, and is very private for quiet time or for food on the terrace, weather permitting. The flat is set back in the courtyard beyond the imposing front gates, and well away for the bustle and noise of Nyhavn. We have recently put in new, firm double matresses and provide all the basic amenities.

We live in the UK and Italy and spend a lot of time in Copenhagen, and we have been letting all our homes to guests on Vrbo for many years now. We are in love with the Nyhavn location, and find that we can walk anywhere but also have peace and quiet in the courtyard and terrace. We catch sunsets on the rooftop or by the waterfront, a minute away, and all amenities are walking distance from the flat. The energy in downtown Copenhagen is cool and relaxed.

Restaurants, bars and boat tours are all at your doorstep, but so is the Opera, the National Theatre, The Danish Cinemateque and all the delights of "Inner KBH".

The flat has a very Scandic feel, a little bit dated and bohemian in a sense, but the Danish arhictect who designed the whole place had a subtle, smooth style. We have added to it with our period furniture and kiddies stuff, so it should very much feel like a home away from home.
