Historisches Ambiente in genialer Lage
Das Palace Hotel ist ein wunderschöner Altbau direkt am Rathausplatz. Metrostation direkt vor der Tür. Ebenso das Tivoli. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön, modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Das Personal nett und zuvorkommend. Das angebotene Frühstück war recht gut. Was uns ein bisschen störte war, dass man die Zimmerreinigung explizit auf der Home Page bestellen musste. Insgesamt ein stimmungsvolles schönes Hotel für eine Städtetour.

Die einzige Freundlichkeit erlebten wir bei der Begrüßung. Wir hatten einen uneingeschränkten Voucher des Hotels von einem früheren Aufenthalt, den die Rezeptionsangehörigen nicht anerkennen wollten. Das ist befremdlich. Dazu machte sich das Personal, eine junge Dame und ein junger Herr, sich noch lächerlich über unser Anliegen. Es wurde auch von anderen in der Nähe stehenden uns bekannten Gästen mit Befremden wahrgenommen. Dazu war auffallend, dass kaum dänisch gesprochen wurde, sondern nur englisch. Offensichtlich eingeschränkter Bildungsstand. Nicht unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen.

Die Junior Suite (upgrade von Hotel) direkt zum Rathausplatz, leider mit lauter Musik bis sicher 1 Uhr nachts. Frühstücksraum für die grösse vom Hotel völlig ungenügend. Qualität von Essen aber gut, originell präsentiert.

Hat Erwartungen nicht erfüllt.
Die SCAN-Hotels haben komplett auf öko umgestellt. Konkret: Zimmer werden nicht mehr gereinigt (nur auf speziellen Wunsch), bei fünf Nächten in eine Vier-Sterne-Hotel so eine Sache. Frühstücksraum sehr eng, Frühstück sehr effizient organisiert und ok, aber nicht mehr. Hatten ein Superior plus Zimmer gebucht (28-32m2), erhielten ein kleineres, bei dem das Fahrstuhlgeräusch zu hören war und habe leider erst nach der dritten Nacht reklamiert. Erhielten dann ein grösseres und ruhigeres Zimmer. Würde dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen, auch wenn die Lage sehr gut ist.

Das Scandic Palace ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, das Hotel ist aber unglaublich zentral gelegen am Rådhuspladsen. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich und entspannt und nimmt sich die Zeit, jeden Gast zu bedienen.

Sehr zentrales gutes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück.
Ein herrlicher Wochenendbesuch. Das Hotel liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig bei einer Metrostation. Das Hotel hat ein gutes Restaurant und rundherum gibts dutzende Bars und Restaurants. Der Rathausplatz ist immer sehr belebt. Der Tivoli Eingang ist auch praktisch gegenüber. Freundliches Personal und die Zimmer haben eine angemessene Grösse. Frühstück ist reichhaltig aber etwas kompliziert und es ist mit Warteschlangen zu rechnen. Aber Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt - Lage ist super - Das Zimmer war ok Das Frühstück muss das Hotel definitiv überdenken. Die Auswahl könnte durchaus ergänzt werden. Problematischer ist der Platzmangel.

We are trying to have servings in small glass containers to minimize the virus to potentially spread among our guests. Service lässt zu wünschen
Bekam ein Zimmer im dem sich bereits Gäste befanden, als Entschuldigung gab es ein angebliches "Upgrade". Das Zimmer war sehr laut, da es sich wie es herausstellte am Kino befand(?) laut Rezeption würde es aber bald zu Ende sein ... bis ca. 0 Uhr hört man jedoch den Actionfilm James Bond zum einschlafen.. Desweiteren wollte per Telefon die Rezeption erreichen, 3x wurde aufgelegt oder nicht aufgenommen, sodass ich doch runter musste.. Positives: Nettes Gastro-Personal, gutes Frühstück und zentrale Lage.

We had a great one-night stay at the Scandic Palace Hotel. The location was excellent, right next to a metro stop and Tivoli Gardens. It is so walkable to every site in the city center. The staff was also friendly and the included breakfast was generous and very good. One thing to know is that you can hear the bells ringing until midnight at least, and then again in the morning. It did not bother us much though. We would definitely recommend it to others looking for a convenient stay in a historic building!

Convenient location, steps away from the metro and central train station. Near Tivoli and not too far from Nyhavn. Clean hotel, decent size rooms. We had a fridge and tea kettle. Tap water is drinkable. Love the deep bathtubs. Just a sliding frosted glass door for the bathroom so not much privacy if you are sharing the room. Great buffet breakfast, lots of variety. Stayed for 6 nights, would stay again.

Struttura situata nel centro cittadino, comoda alla metro ed alle vie adicenti del centro piene di negozi, bar e ristoranti. Il letto della camera standard è piccolo (una piazza e mezzo) per due persone, e poi era un divano letto con i classici copriletto singoli, divisi. Scomodo il materasso ed i cuscini. La pulizia della camera è su richiesta e prenotazione tramite sito internet: se vado in hotel, pretendo che la camera venga sistemata e cambiati gli asciugamani TUTTI i giorni, altrimenti vado in un B&B! La colazione dovrebbe essere più variegata nella parte "dolce", cerano solo i croissant e waffel (che dovevi cucinarti da solo). Tutto sommato per 3 notti non è stato del tutto malaccio, anche se c'è tanto da migliorare!

There is nothing I didn’t like about this hotel my stay here was perfect from start to finish. The staff on reception were so friendly and helpful. The staff at breakfast were also helpful and friendly always smiling. The room was clean and tidy and well equipped. Loved the position of the hotel too right in the centre of everything.

The Star goes to the wonderful location the hotel is in. After that, everything is negative. The hotel tries to fleece your money if you just happen to arrive 1 hour early for an early checkin - they mentioned the room was available, but that would incur almost 30 EURO change if I opted for early checkin. We experienced the same during check out day, my father is disabled, we requested 2 extra hours check out and were advised its 30 EURO per hour. They do offer you to bag tag so you can leave your bag in an unsecure room however upon bag collection, they just let you go in the unsecure room unattended to collect your bags and the bag tag then becomes irrelevant as you could swipe other bags. The breakfast has sloppy eggs, most of the items had been cooked for a while and was not at optimal temperature. They provide breads to cut but no toaster, for that you have to hand your bread to the chef, who takes it and has a hidden toaster, you have to keep hovering around as they don't deliver it back to your table. Poor. The issues I believe arise from the hotel chain. The staff at reception were wonderfully pleasing. It's the ridiculous policies. The room wasn't cleaned to standard also which I want to make note of. We also discovered that you have to book your breakfast slot and cleaning slot 24 hours before. The whole point of a trip away is to be stress free but the policies at this hotel only gives you stress.

Booked for cleaning however there is no cleaning done only the duvet folded to its original and replaced the dirty towels. Hairbody soap is empty. However your staff are polite and friendly. Needs modernisation of the furniture.
