« The house is wonderfully comfortable and was perfectly located for what we needed. The house had an iron and ironing board (which for me was great). There was also a coffee maker AND coffee with filters. It was a small surprise that made my day. Beds were great and air flow was good as well. Overall I would definitely recommend this home for a comfortable stay! »

« The pictures do not do this house justice! It was a gorgeous home with plenty of things that made it feel like we weren’t staying at a hotel. I traveled with family and there was enough space for all 8 of us to spread out and do our own thing. The house was clean, check in was a breeze and the host was easy to contact. Additionally, we were offered late check out and didn’t feel like we were being watched the whole time. Shops and other activities were less than 20 minutes away and the views...

« The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten »

« Check in time was 4 (with a lockbox). Arrived around 330 and was told we could not check in early and had to wait until 4, so sat in driveway until allowed to check in. Part of town is a little suspect and rough, although it’s only about 3 blocks to downtown. It’s not walkable though due to two lane road with no sidewalk.. Inside of house was clean and well appointed. House key was in lockbox outside, although my husband found a fake sprinkler head within 5 minutes of arriving with another house...
