Au petit déjeuner : Il serait judicieux de remplacer la vaisselle jetable par de la vaisselle lavable, cela engendrerait moins de déchets ! »

« Pool dirty and pool heater broken. Safety board for injuries at pool was an old wooden board with splinters. Some things were updated but other things old and dirty. Dead plants by the pool. Doors and elevator walls old and/or dirty. Hallway smelled horrible like old shrimp as if someone cooking in a room. Bathtub stained. Some things looked updated like the carpet in halls and lobby itself was nice. »

« There was NO internet connection and I had business I needed to finish in the evening. The red “you have a message” light was on. When I finally went to the lobby and found someone, he said to disregard the flashing red light (it was still on this morning when I left) and said something about the motel had called someone to fix the internet connection but they hadn’t come! I honestly think the hotel should have returned some of the cost of the room. Is it too late for them to do that? Milton...
