„We loved our stay! It was easily accessible with the key pad. The neighborhood seemed safe and quiet. We were immediately greeted with a homey and comfortable atmosphere. Everything was thought of from plenty of extra pillows and blankets to board games and cookware and a high chair was already out for us. „The property was close to the Ark Encounter and local shops. The interior was excellent and the whole family enjoyed it. Especially the downstairs. It has two arcade style games and a large tv. The house is in an older neighborhood but everyone seemed friendly. The host made sure we had all the information we needed and checked on us to make we had everything we needed (through the app). „The code was showing on the wall next to the door which made us feel less than safe. I tried to contact the owner and he never responded. The sofa smelt like someone peed in it. The bedroom close to the kitchen had a mold smell. But the most worrying issue was the shower that was in the bathtub was on a platform with no rail to hold on to in order to get out safely. Otherwise we enjoyed the house.“

It is an amazing space and we will stay again if we come back this way. We saw deer in the driveway and played games and really enjoyed the property. „An older property, the house has slope inside in two different directions. Multiple spiders inside the property. Those were the only negatives. Positives, location for the Ark Encounter could not be better, the kitchen is very well appointed with everything needed. Privacy was excellent and the kids (teens) loved the fireflies.
