„Buen lugar para pasar en familia, excelentes instalaciones y espectacular vista. Sin duda regresaremos.“

„the two (?) owner are super nice! When we couldn’t find the AC controller, we texted the Hotels WhatsApp number and just five minutes later the man from the upstairs came with the controller. The woman was also very kind and super helpful! We had a lovely stay and can highly recommend!“

„When we arrived we were not provided a door code to get in the building and waited out front going over all the emails in case we just missed seeing the code, to no avail. Eventually a man opened the door but he wasn't the host but he did build the hotel. He finally whatsapped the host to find out which room was ours, but again we were given no code. „Nettes, zweckmäßiges, geräumiges Zimmer. Sehr nette Hosts und Mitarbeiter “

„I had such a tranquil experience at this resort. Jovany is amazing and so helpful! It was my first time in Panama and this place welcomed me and it felt like home. I am definitely coming back. My secret sanctuary ❤️❤️“

„La piscina estaba verde. La infraestructura tienen tiempo que no la pintan. El cuarto y el baño muy limpio. La TV no servía.“

„Schmutzig ,Essen schlechtcht,..“

There was absolutely no way to reach the owner of the apartment. Expedia also tried to contact the owner using the same information and was unsuccessful. Neither they nor we were able to get any response at all. Because we had no way of knowing where we were supposed to go or how to access the property, we made the ...

„Arrived at ny 12 noon check in per my registration with a couple of bags of perishable items to cook over the stay. Once I arrived I was told that they do not do check in until 3 PM. I showed them that the check in per my reservation was at 12 noon and that I had purchased food that could not sit in a hot car for three hours. I was told that they would expedite the room cleaning and inform me soon on the check in. I returned in 45 minuted and there was another associate there that stated that ...
