« If you are looking for a comfortable, clean, lived in family home for your San Diego stay on a budget this is the home for you. Our family was in SD for a US Marine Corps family day/graduation ceremony at MCRD and this home was near shopping and easy access to freeways. Our party of 8 was very happy staying here. Kitchen, bedrooms, living room, BBQ grill were all utilized, however this home could use a refresh and a little TLC. Owner was very responsive to our questions. »

« Wasn’t what I expected. The grass was taller than me , yard very messy. Parking was atrocious being me and my husband are 100 disabled. Neighbor could go through gate where we stayed but we couldn’t go through gate in back. I won’t ever do this again. Who gets paid to take trash to street. Not me. Needs a lot of improvement. »
