„We really enjoyed our stay at Hol Chan. The condo and grounds were very clean and maintained. The location was beautiful. Great private pier to relax. Pool was very relaxing. Stax across the street was a great open-air restaurant/sports bar with great staff. Hol Chan is a long way from town on Golf Carts. This was both good and bad.“

It was quiet, even with the construction going on next-door as you could not hear anything from inside the condo and they were very accommodating and offered the use of the other two pools on the property. „The property didn’t appear to what it looked like in the picture. The air conditioner above the bedroom wall was leaking on to the bed and my head where we sleep multiple times. The room gets hot in the middle of the night. We notified the staff and he tried to fix it but he stated it had to be fixed when we check out. They also need to update their cookware. The beach water had seaweed all over it. We couldn’t get in the water. They had to replace the coffee maker which was not working.“

„Great location and concierge support. It was right on the beach and close to restaurants and bars. The only disappointment (not the owners fault) was the ocean. Several months of the year the water is murky brown because of the algae. Definitely not a place to snorkel.“
