Fantastic location for our tiny family get away. It was a little sandy upon entering, but overall this one bedroom was enough room for us. We loved waking up to the beach waves, the beach views, and the easy access to enjoy the beach. There was good communication throughout our stay. We would love to come back and stay again.

The property was ready for early check in which was great. Check in was very easy and everything was very clean. The view was AMAZING and very close to the beach. The office staff was very helpful with questions I had. Would recommend this property and location.

Step out onto the patio and see the beach and waves! Wonderful place to stay and very convenient to the beach. Padre Escapes was very communicative and responsive, and helpful.

If you want oceanfront & a front porch to view it from…this is a great location. Just steps from the water. The company is easy to work with & most everything can be handled, from check in to check out, from your phone. However, the trade off to a great view from the porch is that the bedroom backs up to the pool. The staircases are directly behind the window. Cant help that, its how theyre built, but you will hear people running up & down the stairs. There is only a set of blinds, no room darkening curtains or shades. The pool light remains on all night long. The bedroom is quite bright. We solved this by buying 5 eyemasks at HEB, but I think its worth noting. The upstairs neighbors were running across the floor at 4am & it was impossible to sleep between the lights & noise. We reserved for 4 people & only 2 towels were issued. As it was a beach vacation, we had extra with us, so no big deal. The description said 2 sleeper sofas, there was 1. Only 3 people ended up coming, so that worked out but had the 4th come as planned, it wouldnt have. There were some hiccups but nothing we couldnt figure out for a night or 2. We’ve stayed at another unit last year in the same community, managed by the same company & it went very smoothly. I feel like this company is easy to work with & wouldve addressed my concerns had I contacted them, but like I said they cant move the stairwells. They have no control over the lights outside. But a curtain would help a lot.
