Das Hotel liegt in der Stadt, nur wenige Minuten von allen Restaurants, Geschäften und Bars in Port Aransas entfernt. Das Erdgeschoss dieses Hauses bietet 2 Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Betten und ein Schlafzimmer / Wohnbereich. Das erste Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein Bad mit einer ebenerdigen Dusche. This place was perfect for our 3-night stay. Close, private access to the beach. Everything was clean. Weird smell in the stairwell, but everything else was great. Close to shops and restaurants. Kitchen is well stocked and there’s plenty of space. Highly recommend!

The property was beautiful and clean. We had 3 kids under three and property was very kid friendly! Though I would recommend bringing a baby gate for the stairs, as the one provided didn't work at all.Microwave didn't work. Dryer didn't dry clothes on the first cycle and the kitchen sink water didn't get hot. All minor issues for us. We still absolutely loved our stay.

Love the layout and spaciousness of the house! The kitchen was wonderful and excellently appointed. It made it possible for my whole family to be together for meals and hanging out! We also liked sitting together in smaller groups on the balcony. The proximity to the beach could not have been any better. The bathrooms were plentiful and well designed. The bedrooms were very nice as well.The things that could have been better were the “fifth” bedroom. Though I knew it was going to be a pullout bed, I would have expected it to be the quality of the other beds. I would also have expected the bed to be made when it was pulled out or at the very least to know where the linens and pillows were for it and where the towels were that was designed for the occupants of that area. There were a couple of other maintenance issues that should have been obvious to people who inspected the house because they were visible to us right away.With all that said, I would definitely rent it again! We had a lovely stay and made fantastic family memories.

We stayed here with 6 adults and 7 children and there was plenty of space. The kitchen had empty cupboards for our food and plenty of seating. Lots of dishes as well. The beds were comfy we enjoyed the balcony. We all enjoyed the house.

This is a great place to vacation with friends. We really enjoyed our stay here. Especially when it rained and we played the golf themed game "Play Nine" all day. The beach is close enough to just go for a minute or to carry stuff down and stay all day. It would also be great, though less affordable, for a big multigenerational family. Especially those who require walker or wheelchair accessibility. The kitchen is well stocked though, weirdly, we couldn't find any measuring cups or measuring spoons. It literally had everything else and we managed just fine. The main beds were very comfortable and the bunk beds were pretty standard and fine for kids but not really for adults. Everything was very clean and worked well. Communication was great. I would recommend to friends and family.

Quick weekend trip

The house was amazing, especially huge main kitchen/dining area well stocked with anything you would need. All was clean as expected. There were a few loud neighbors partying on the balcony which didn’t bother us but upset one of the other neighbors to a point he was yelling threatening to call the cops. They were all much quieter after that. We enjoyed our stay.

This property was great for family of 12. Large dining table was a selling point so we could all gather for family dinner. Sleeping on all levels allowed for alone time. This house is amazing for families and friends. All age limits. The elevator was a life saver for myself and my husband (in our 60's, with bad knees).The customer service was awesome... my granddaughter left an old stuffed animal behind, and for very sentimental reasons we had to get it back... they made sure to find and send it back!

Beautiful Stay

We enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable with plenty of room for our family. It’s walking distance from the beach. Having 2 kitchens and 2 refrigerators is a plus. The elevator was great for hauling stuff upstairs, but know that it doesn’t go to the 3rd floor and it is located in the garage. It was difficult for my mother who uses a cane to use.

Senior Boys Trip

We took a group of ten 17-18 year old boys for a beach trip before they start their senior year. The house was perfectly set up to accommodate our group. The kitchen was the hub of activity and it had every utensil, gadget and cooking item we needed. The location allowed the kids to split their time between beach and pool easily. We rented 2 golf carts through the company recommended by the VRBO and I can’t recommend that enough - it was a great experience and really enhanced our trip.

Beautiful house

This house and it's location couldn't have been better. I've rented many beach houses, although never in Port Aransas. The elevator was a game changer. When you stay for a week, there are a lot of items that need to be brought upstairs and the elevator made that a breeze! It doesn't have a pool on the property, but the community pool is close and we used it daily. The house was furbished with everything we needed and we couldn't have been more comfortable. I would rent this house again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our family! Love the large living area and the master. The bunk room was perfect for grandkids. We have rented many houses in Port A and this ranks up as one of the favorites! There was an issue with a refrigerator being broken and the new one delayed, and PAE brought a loaner fridge in and up to the kitchen. While not “perfect” they went out of the way for it to be as close to it as possible. Stuff happens, things break, and PAE took it in hand and found a solution! We will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this unit as a Mother’s Day and Father’s Day present for our parents. Both my sister’s and my families stayed with them. Great location, the elevator was a great help for my dad. My only complaints were the garbage disposal operation, and the cooktop. I looked for a good hour for the garbage disposal switch to no avail. I finally embarrassingly called the management company. Even the electrician was confused until he called his supervisor. Turns out you have to put the stopper in the drain and turn it. The cooktop buttons are very sensitive, and we got an error displayed at one point. I googled the repair, and had to reset the breaker (in garage). Not a huge deal at all, just FYI for future guests. Great location, clean, comfortable. Plenty of room.
