    Step inside to find a spacious living room that features a cozy sectional sofa and a large TV, ideal for movie nights with loved ones. The dining area boasts a generous table that seats ten, complemented by four additional seats at the kitchen bar, making it perfect for entertaining. The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, ample countertop space, and a convenient mini fridge for all your refreshments.
    Start your day with a cup of coffee on the inviting deck or fire up the propane grill for a delightful barbecue in the fresh ocean air. On the first level, you'll discover a serene primary bedroom complete with an en-suite bath, offering a private retreat after a day of fun in the sun.

We had a great stay in Port Aransas. Very close to the pool and the beach. The house was clean with plenty of space and fully stocked kitchen. We liked the layout of the house and the amenities. Only issue was the downstairs was warmer than the upstairs so we had to go buy a fan. Recommend you bring a fan with you if you are staying in the master bedroom.

Great layout with plenty of room. Close to the beach. Only issue was the upper deck which is open to the adjoining unit and they were using the part that abutted our upstairs bedrooms. Would suggest dividing it. I would rent again.

Lovely house with plenty of room for the extended family. House was clean, well stocked kitchen. It was a short walk to the beach and across the street from the pool. Pool was clean and quiet. Only downside was AC seemed to work much better upstairs than downstairs. And door to water heater closet was broken.
