    La vie évolue rapidement. Vous devez de temps en temps ralentir et profiter d’un environnement plus tranquille. C'est exactement ce que vous trouverez ici à la retraite zen. Ce condo au 3ème étage offre à ses clients une vue magnifique sur le golfe du Mexique ainsi qu'une vue magnifique sur l'étang privé du Beach Club. Depuis le balcon du 3ème étage, vous pouvez regarder le soleil se lever sur le golfe en sirotant votre café du matin, puis profiter d'une agréable soirée fraîche pendant que le coucher de soleil se couche dans la direction opposée. Cette unité confortable a un décor côtier moderne et pourra facilement accueillir 4 adultes avec le lit queen size dans la chambre principale et un canapé-lit queen size.

    COMPLEXE / COMMUNAUTAIRE
    Le complexe Beach Club propose une liste impressionnante d'équipements, notamment un centre de remise en forme de 800 pieds carrés, un sauna sec, des aires de pique-nique et des barbecues. La piscine cristalline est également chauff��e pour le plaisir toute l'année. Le WIFI est disponible dans le centre d'affaires, le belvédère et la piscine.
    Vous trouverez des restaurants et des magasins de proximité à proximité et le tout nouveau parc aquatique Schlitterbahn à quelques minutes de route. Les destinations locales populaires telles que Bob Hall Pier et Packery Channel se trouvent à seulement 500 mètres.

    Les draps pour chaque lit et les serviettes pour chaque invité sont fournis. Cette unité nécessite un séjour minimum de 2 nuits. Animaux interdits.

Also the pool need maintenance is super super duty. But other then that house have everything you need for 4 people.

The only issues we had was that both windows screens were bent and would not keep fly's and other bugs out. The bed was not real comfortable and really close to the floor. Also next year we would like to be allowed to forward our mail to the condo address, we found that many other renters were allowed to do this.

Me gusto mucho la ubicación,y el lugar muy tranquilo y limpio. Había todo lo necesario para la estadía. La alberca con asadores fue muy conveniente. Lo unico que no me agrado fue que habia jovenes lanzando balones de fútbol americano en la alberca y le pegaban a la gente que estaba en la misma. Una pareja se adueño del jacuzzi ,puso su bocina a un lado y se queadaron por horas a tomar cerveza y no podíamos usarlo. De todo lo demas super genial.

Inside the condo waa nice and clean. Staircase and hallway to get inside were falling apart which i understand the struggles of storms. It was more of the brown stains of stuff seepping out of the holes and carpeted stairs that had so much debris and gunk on them. There was a sponge like someone started cleaning and gave up. It was very off putting for your first impression walking in.

Extremely clean and modernized unit. We had a small issue with the kitchen sink but propert MGMT/Padre Escapes handled before we could change for our afternoon beach trip. Great place and exactly what we needed for my small family. Padre Escapes is top notch. This is a great alternative to AirBNB. They offer a variety of locations, price ranges and resorts.

The air vent right outside our room was missing the cover and the inside was covered in inches of dust and dirt. The inside of our room was nice and comfortable, but the air ducts were dirty. I'm allergic to mold so I had hives my entire stay. The hot tub was broke too.This place would be amazing with some maintenance.

The building we were in needed upkeep, especially in the stairwells. There was pieces of sheet rock missing from the ceiling in the stairwell. It was not something they were working on as we were there for thirty days and and nothing was done with it. It wasn’t a danger just not that applying as your coming and going. I would hope they will get that repaired at some point. When we go back to North Padre we would stay here again.

It was pretty.. Close to the beach.. Efficient.. We didn't like the bed, saga to the middle and the couch was uncomfortable. Water pressure is horrible we figured that's out of their control.. Loved that they had beach toys..

Close to Whitecap Beach

Property was nicely decorated and close to a beautiful beach. It would have been nice to have more towels. The dryer is on its last life. It sounded awful. The entryway and stairs are less than desirable. You can drive on the beach so it really isn’t necessary to have a beachfront room.

They communicated with us upon arrival, during our trip and at the conclusion of our trip.Things with the property itself that need to be addressed are:Stairwell outside of unit is in disrepair due to leaks, Carpet was not clean at all.Dishwasher runs extremely loud.Dryer had a knocking noiseSpigot was coming out of the wall in the bathroom.Kitchen really needs a cutting board.Ice Maker does not work and ice trays leaked.Chairs on patio are cracked.Doors stick and blinds on the back door are broken.There was a report of a leak downstairs in the unit below. Not sure if coming from this room, but baseboards looked wet.TV in living room works but the color appeared to be going out.In spite of all these issues, the unit received a new bedroom mattress while we were there that made the stay better.

Good location and amenities. Great Gym! The room was small, but it worked for what we needed it for. It had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning. There could be more air circulation in the hallways, but we expected it to be hot here and we were on third floor. The room was pretty clean, but everything kinda seemed cheap and small. Looks like it is maintained based on keeping the price at minimal cost. We had low expectations going in based on previous reviews so once we got there, it worked out for us.

Clean and close to the beach

PROs - Location was great! Very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable bed. The beach was maybe 1 minute drive which was awesome. CONs - Didn't realize this was a 3rd floor condo with no elevator, the stairs were hard for my 75 year old mom. But that's my fault for missing when I booked! The door to the balcony was extremely hard to open and close, my mom couldn't operate it by herself. And I wish there had been a few basic cooking spices, salt and pepper. I would stay here again but not with an older family member
